We offer a 7 day return policy for consumer products purchased from our website; if the goods arrive faulty or damaged simply return them to us in the original packaging, with all the accessories and we will replace them or refund your purchase price in full, less postal charges. Naturally, all products carry a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless we specifically state otherwise. You may also return undamaged goods within 7 days in the original packing and we will refund your purchase price in full, less postal charges. Please note you must pay for the return of undamaged goods to: Returns, TomTom Audio, 31 St Michaels Village, St Albans, Herts AL3 4SP and we will not accept delivery of packages that require payment of outstanding postal charges or products that have been subject to excessive wear and tear.
